How to Smoke Salmon on a Stovetop Smoker

I have a confession to make: I bought myself an early Christmas gift. It's a Camerons Stovetop Smoker, which is one of the must-have items on my list of this season's hot holiday gifts for cooks. I've been playing around with it the past couple of weeks, and let me tell you, it's a really fun little tool. I'm a big fan of smoked foods, and so far I've smoked some ground turkey to add to chili and I smoked salmon fillets for dinner the other night.
