If you don't have outdoor space or, for whatever reason, you don't have an outdoor charcoal or gas grill, it doesn't automatically mean that you should be deprived of that favorite summertime pastime, grilling. Countertop grills or grill pans are a great alternative to an outdoor grill, and they can be used in the dead of winter, in the pouring rain, or any other time that you're not to keen on venturing outside.
While it's hard to replicate that smoky flavor and juicy result that you get from an outdoor grill, if you follow my Indoor Grill Cooking Tips you can come pretty darn close.
