It may be Groundhog Day here in the U.S., but in France, it's a far more delicious holiday: National Crepe Day (or La Chandeleur). I can't think of a better reason to make delicious, light crepes filled with something delicious. Two suggestions: Portobello and Asparagus Crepes with Creamy Parmesan Sauce or Chocolate Crepes with Strawberries and Nutella Both use variations of an easy-to-master Basic Crepes Recipe. Vive la Crepe!
