Review: Sil-Pin Rolling Pin

Today may be Halloween, but Thanksgiving is going to be here before you know it! If you'll be baking a lot of pies this year, you might want to consider a rolling pin that really does the job. I recently reviewed the Sil-Pin Rolling Pin, and after years of using a simple straight pin (the kind that's basically just a dowel, no handles), I can now appreciate the shape of the French-style pin, as well as the silicone coating which helps keep dough from sticking.
