As the hours tick down in 2012, I know I'm not the only one who tops her resolution list with a promise to get fit and healthy in 2013. I'll be making this Vanilla-Orange Power Smoothie for breakfast most mornings. It's just the thing to detox, fight off colds, and cut calories. Happy New Year!
